Breathwork


How often do you actually pause and notice your breathing? And what happens to your breath under pressure, during exercise, or in moments of rest? Most people breathe unconsciously and often sub-optimally, even though the way we breathe directly affects our nervous system, energy levels, focus, and recovery.
In this part of the program, we work purposefully with breathwork and breath coaching. You will have access to different formats, such as transformative breath journeys, 1-on-1 coaching, and small group breath sessions. Depending on your goals; performance, health, or personal development, we explore how your breathing flows throughout the day and how to use it during training, competition, and recovery to gain more control, calm, and efficiency.
As a trained breath coach, I help you gain insight into the underlying physical and mental processes regulated by your breathing. Through practical, hands-on guidance, you learn to consciously use your breath as a powerful tool to optimize your entire system and unlock the full potential of both your athletic performance and daily life.
