For everyone who enjoys sports and for athletes who want to reach their full potential, I offer (sport-specific) strength and conditioning training.
Whether you want to get fit for your first Hyrox, jump more explosively while kitesurfing, have enough energy left for a third set of tennis, or simply get stronger in the gym: get the most out of your sport with targeted training.
With my coaching background there is also the opportunity to work on your mental strength, both in sports and in life.
