Why does one athlete choke right at the finish line and another doesn't? Why does one athlete have 25 rituals and another barely remembers to put his jersey in their sports bag? And aside from sports, why is it that your head always has an opinion about everything?

In this part of the Milo Method, we consciously slow down a few of times. This can be at the beach, in the woods, or sitting on a bench after a workout. Without immediately becoming a tree-hugging nature hippie, I know from experience that more awareness about your thoughts and feelings can help create space for the things you really care about in life.

I am a certified ACT Coach (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and I use this scientifically proven behavioural therapy to strengthen your mental resilience in a very practical way. This way, you'll be mentally stronger and get the most out of both your sport and life.
