In this part of the Milo Method, together we will look at what role strength and conditioning training plays in your sport and how we can optimize it, so that you can get the most out of your sport. And if strength training or fitness is your main sport, among other things we will maximise your results through movement analyses and customised programming.
I have enjoyed playing sports all my life. In my younger years, I played football and tennis at a high level and played American Football in the United States. I can also kitesurf, although some scars suggest otherwise. I have seen many gyms from the inside and I am a European certified personal trainer.
In this part of the program, my aim is to discover and expand your limits and to make you stronger at your own level with enjoyment.
